Track My Order

If a customer checks out using Shop Pay, order tracking is handled automatically through the Shop app:

  1. Shop App notifications — Customers who use Shop Pay get automatic push notifications with real-time shipping and delivery updates via the Shop app (no account setup needed on your end).

  2. Email tracking links — Shop Pay also sends a confirmation email with a tracking link that customers can follow directly.

  3. Shop app order history — All Shop Pay orders appear in the customer's Shop app, where they can track all their packages in one place across any store they've purchased from.
